]]><![CDATA[UPDATE: NOVA ACADEMY 3]]>Sun, 12 May 2019 02:19:21 GMThttp://www.threehelmets.com/blog/update-nova-academy-3Nova Academy: Natural & Artificial is making progress. I'm hoping for late 2019 for release. If you think the AI androids are going to be Theo's biggest problems in his third year at Nova Academy, you're only half right (or maybe a quarter right). It's going to be a great story and worthy of succeeding Books 1 & 2.

By the way, if you read Nova Academy: Bases & Lairs and enjoyed the book, please consider leaving a review on Amazon.com. I don't use a service for getting reviews like so many others, and it really affects the exposure of the book in search results in Amazon's algorithms. I really appreciate your help!

NOVA ACADEMY: HEROES & VILLAINS

FREE THIS WEEK ONLY 3/3/19 - 3/7/19

Description:

I'm Theo, a super genius and would be mad scientist. I am starting my first year in the super sciences program at Nova Academy for Advanced Super Human Studies. Their program is the best in the nation and the school is one of the few that allows both heroes and villains to attend. That's important because I really do not know which I want to become after I graduate. It really is a tough choice in the world I live.

There are some surprises in my first year. I meet a girl at college, Carly, and she becomes both my new girlfriend and my partner. She is a powerful telepath who turns my understanding of supers upside down when she tells me the best kept secret in the world.

There is also an insane supervillain who kidnaps and enslaves the science students as part of his diabolical plot. I'm not overly excited about rescuing my fellow science students, but someone has to do it and no one else seems to even know the kids are gone.

To have any chance of success, I will need to make some major upgrades to my armor and recruit a team of supers from the Academy.

I have a special request for anyone willing. I need to get my followers on BookBub up and would like to request that, if you're willing, please follow me on BookBub. This is important to be accepted on their site for advertising specials for authors for their books. (They reject a large percentage of authors who want to advertise their books on the site, partly because of the author's own following.)

About BookBub - They are the largest and most reputable site (I know of) for specials and advertising of books of all genres. Even if you do not follow me, you should consider joining book bub if you are an avid reader.

]]><![CDATA[Nova Academy: Bases & Lairs is Now Available on Amazon.com!]]>Mon, 18 Feb 2019 01:35:15 GMThttp://www.threehelmets.com/blog/nova-academy-bases-lairs-is-now-available-on-amazoncomTheodore McCleary is back for his second year at Nova Academy, joined by Carly and sort of ex-girlfriend, Maria. Things get off to a rocky start as the three attempt to navigate their way through a relationship minefield. To make matters worse, Theo is notified his access to the science labs is suspended for the year, due to excessive use the year before. It’s enough to drive a scientist mad.

Even as Theo’s world is crumbling, the telepaths are fighting the still living Wagner, in a silent war for control of the nation. It is not looking good for the pacifistic telepaths at Nova Academy, who come to Theo with a desperate plea for help.

As the conflict sparks into outright war, Theo decides he needs his own manufacturing facility. If only to build the weapons telepaths need to fight Wagner; keeping himself out of the war. But, the only way to get a fully equipped base, is by taking it from an established mad scientist who has what he needs.

Where will he find one? And will it be a base taken from a hero or a lair from a supervillain? Becoming desperate to work on his projects, Theo may not even care.
